Visited the showroom a few weeks back to confirm our GT4 order, the staff are super friendly and the showroom is clean and likewise with the facilities. Parking is a small issue currently but there are building works currently so under the circumstances it’s understandable.

As a warning to others, please consider using another, before using this centre. It’s with an immense amount of sadness that I’ve been forced to write this, but I feel compelled to help others. I have never been spoken to in the way that I was by the ‘service manager’ - he was uncontrolled and unprofessional and he decided that he would put the phone down on me whilst I was talking. Apart from anything else, it appears they have no manners. I’ve subsequently been ignored by Porsche HQ and for me, the brand is now tarnished. It seems many others have the same thoughts too, and it seems to have changed over the last 3/4 years. The other staff in the centre are lovely though, and I’ve previously had great experiences here, but for me, I’m done. I don’t deserve to be treated in the way I was. For MUCH cheaper prices, and a really friendly and professional service, go to Brooklands Porsche instead. No, they don’t have a flashy showroom, but they know how to deal with their clients, and they do it for nearly half the price. They’ll even collect your car and drop it off for you, something that’s well beyond Guildford, I’m sure. I have no doubt that I will receive a response to this review with further attempts at mitigation. Make your own minds up, but please consider another centre before you visit this one for any type of service, please.

So far the worst centre I have dealt with. All I was trying to do was give them money for a 2nd hand car and they still managed to ignore me for 2 weeks. I recommend if you want to buy any of their stock that you call up Reading or Hatfield instead as the service is much better and they can access the same stock.
