  Came in yesterday with my son who is a Porsche fanatic to let him see some of the cars up close and also I'm in the early stages of getting a panamera for myself. I mentioned this to the pleasant sales woman on arrival, she then took me over to the estate version. I explained that it was actually the sleeker sports saloon version I'm interested in. She then, somewhat unbelievably, proceeded to patronisingly explain to me that the panamera only comes in the estate shape that was on display and that i'm mistaken, that i must have actually been thinking of the taycan... I cut the interaction short at that point and moved on. Very alarming. It will be hard to buy from here moving forward. It's a shame as I spent the rest of the visit focusing on my son and there was another younger lady who was absolutely fantastic with him, really made his day extra special showing us around all the cars. I can't thank her enough, I wish I caught her name.

  In order to check the service date of the car I was intending to buy, I called Porsche Glasgow. The vehicle was still covered by a two-year warranty, so this last bit of information was necessary for the sale. I informed reception that this was urgent as the vehicle was on hold for me, however was instructed to send my request by email to a person by the name of Iain. After 48 hours and no response, I decided to call another Porsche garage. They were able to help with the majority of the information, but needed Porsche Glasgow to provide the final piece as they carried out the last service, and had not updated the leave date on the system. 4 more calls later, I was refused to be put through to servicing and was told only Iain can answer me, and was informed that he was busy and would call me back, I stressed again this was urgent and needed a call back or an answer to my question. 9 days later I never got answer from Glasgow, the Porsche has since been sold and I have missed out. Awful experience by Porsche Glasgow

  Andy and Allan at Porsche went totally out of their way to help me with a few issues I needed sorting out with my Panamera. They went above and beyond, they listened to me, supported me and took their own time to ensure my vehicle was sorted out and they looked after me. The very best example of customer service I have ever experienced. Totally outstanding, much appreciated and highly recommended. Thankyou so much!

  Kim Green @ Porsche Glasgow - Thank you for a great experience! Just collected my first ever Porsche. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. A very down-to-earth and welcoming bunch of people in this branch that immediately put me at ease. A special mention to Kim Green who helped me from the very beginning of the ordering process. Options on these cars can be a bit daunting and Kim really helped me through the spec. process. Great communication throughout and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Not to mention that she made both myself and my kids feel really special on handover day. Buying a new car is a special event, especially one that you've aspired to own much of your life. I can honestly say that Kim really added value to the experience and her attention to detail, communications and easy-to-deal with sales style all elevated the experience. A special mention to Gillian Degning, Fraser Black and Stuart Hepburn for their help putting the deal together as well.   If I could give this place 6 stars I would. From the moment you walk in, the dealership is immaculate, there is one of every model available on the showroom floor to look at. Andrew Asher from the sales team was excellent from the off, we went through the options and he got me into a beautiful 718 Boxster. Jordan O'Neill and Steven McLaughlin came through with an excellent package to purchase the car. Dealing with all 3 of them was straightforward and to the point BUT importantly, non-aggressive. Ryan Rae on the handover excelled in communicating his knowledge through to me and all aspects of the car were covered and all the technology and app info that comes with it. 3 months down the line, I drove into the dealership today with a suspected fault just looking to discuss when I could get the car booked in for some warranty work. They straight away took the keys off me and instantly went to look at it- an incredible service from Allan Robertson, who made the whole thing feel as if he genuinely treated it personally as if it was his own. In his friendly manner he informed me that there was no fault with the car, but user error (I put a new number plate on the car which was oversized and blocking the parking sensors making them go off all the time). The reception team always do their job with hospitality making sure you are welcomed personally when you come into the building and keeping you fed and watered while you wait. Every time I go in, I leave with a smile. The place is an outstanding dealership throughout the entire backbone of the staff, leaps and bounds above what they need to be. People would likely buy a porsche regardless of the service- but the team in here make sure that WHEN you buy your next one, there is only one place you will go.

  I purchased a Porsche Macan in August 2020 after flying to London to collect from a Porsche Dealership. The general experience at the time of collection was particularly poor and the car was prepared in such a poor way that I had driven back home to Glasgow with the intent on handing the car back. Thankfully, I was introduced to Allan Robertson who went above and beyond to restore my faith in the brand, offering me a service that was second to none. Having kept the car, I have been delighted to have had Porsche Centre Glasgow look after me for servicing and maintenance since. Every visit to the dealership is a pleasure and I thoroughly enjoy the service that Allan and the team continue to provide. Even on collection of my car this week whilst in for some cosmetic works, Allan was kind enough to once again provide the details that matter (as a customer and car enthusiast) by presenting me a small gift and reminder of the courtesy car I had the privilege of driving for the week. I look forward to purchasing my new car from the dealership in the near future and thoroughly recommend you speak to Allan or Kenny if you are interested in buying a Porsche!

  Gillian was fantastic from start to finish was unsure what car choice to go for as needed a big car for the baby, she was so knowledgeable and helped us make the choice for which car was best for us!! Lovely clean showroom and all the staff were lovely, highly recommend Gillian and the team at Porsche Glasgow thanks again guys x
