Took my Macan in for service. As far as I know this was carried out correctly (with a £1600 bill).However on returning the courtesy car I was charged £180 for a very small scuff on one of its alloys. I am sure I did not cause this. I only drove a short distance and only parked in two car parks neither with kerbs. I would advise others to minutely inspect and photograph courtesy cars before leaving the premises to avoid this happening. On speaking to the sales manager he implied that I was lucky not to be charged the full £500 excess! This would be very sharp practice and also illegal. While driving home (100 miles) the garage phoned to say that 3small bolts which needed to be fitted to the sump were in the parts department. Why were they not fitted during the service?
