I was recommend by Zaman from High Performance Mot to take my Porsche GT3 to this dealership for a routine service and was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention that was provided by Rob and Reece. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, and I felt completely confident leaving my car in their hands. The service itself was completed efficiently and effectively, and I was kept well-informed throughout the entire process. When I picked up my car, it looked and felt like new, and I could tell that it had been given the utmost care and attention. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Rob and Reece for anyone in need of Porsche service. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one, and I will definitely be returning for all of my future service needs. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Came in to to view the Carrera 4S that was on-site, along with an enquiry into a 991 GT3. Entered the showroom which was lovely and clean, greeted by a very kind lady but unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. She then referred me to Karis McDonald, the Sales Executive, who was happy to answer all my questions and had the patience to deal with me even though I had no clue which I wanted and why! Currently keeping my eye out for something that screams my name, will definitely be back in the next few months.

Collected the car, didn't give me the documents, had to be send via the post. Didn't show me how to use the car properly, had to spend a lot of time on forums to figures things out. Car is awesome, this garage isn't.

Seamless experience. Thank to Arianna form the service team and Aaron from the tech/engineering team for work done. Although I bought my car from Leeds, East London is my local service centre. Couple of issues were fixed within a day. Re-linking PVTS and switching off alarm mode and also fixing the car unlock button on the drivers side due to the door trim being too tight. All covered under the Porsche warranty - so no issues. It does take at least a month to get the appointment though, if that could in any way be reduced, that would be ideal.

Unwelcoming, rude and used cars are overpriced and faulty. I found better cars for lower prices (up to £10,000 cheaper and lower millage, better condition and more extras) via online connected to other dealers. Visiting Porsche Centre East London was (and I would guess still can be) a bad experience. Their reception customer service appear as though they don't want to be there. And the sales rep's behaviour is as though she doesn't want you to be there. She doesn't have once ounce of sales skills at all. Trying to engage with her feels confrontational. As if she is drawing you in to the situation. She pressures people and pretends to listen but isn't. She believes she is clever but is ignorant and isn't even aware of her own demeaner. She lacks advanced knowledge even about the very cars she is not trying to sell. I can only imagine that she got the job through some kind of favour, friend of the dealership, or family or friend of a friend whatever, some odd connection/cult/social club. Or maybe I got it wrong, maybe she owns or part owns the dealership. Whatever the truth, she is not a good salesperson and she is not a good people person. If you can't interact with potential customers (who have an 80k budget) you can't secure sales. You get the impression with the saleswoman that she is judgmental and borderline hostile in a chip on the shoulder kind of way. I didn't end up picking up a car, but a bad vibe when visiting the Porsche Centre East London, and most successful people would advise you to avoid negative energy people and places, therefore you wouldn't want to do business with them. You go there to buy a car, they don't offer you a drink, don't offer you to sit down, they don't offer to show you around, they just treat you like scum. If you want to buy a Porsche I would advise you to avoid this dealership. Can't imagine how they would treat you if you bought a car and then something went wrong with it and you needed them to sort it out. I think they would give you the cold shoulder and cause you all sorts of problems. In any case it's your choice whether you buy from there or not, note, I'm just writing about my experience and forming an opinion. If I were employing a salesperson she would not be considered because of her cold and rude behaviour. But I'm not, so alas she'll continue lifting the commission because people who buy cars from there maybe do not mind being treated the way she treats people. Maybe some men or women (but mostly men) like being trodden on.

Slightly disappointed, when I collected the car one of the valve caps was missing. Just spent over £80K and still not had a follow up call from the dealership.
