Porsche Centre Chester are clearly great at selling cars, I can see that in all of the fabulous feedback they’ve received. My experience as an owner of the teams service department however has been very different. I have been a loyal customer of Chester for over two years and in this time my 911 TS has been serviced well but warranty work has been an incredibly poor experience, albeit thankfully all at Porsche’s cost. The latest experience, to find a leak within the car and investigate and arrange some paint correction, has seen me without my car for over 3 months. It seems that only my enquiries about progress and plans to rectify have brought about action. The people I’ve spoken with have been very polite and have always been attentive at the moment I’ve called but… 3 months to find and correct the issues I’ve had has been incredibly poor. My only regret is that I hadn’t insisted on having a courtesy car… then there would have been some skin in the game and an urgency to correct and return my car. Not at all satisfied. I will be travelling to another Porsche Centre in future.

Having just bought my 5th car from Dave & Greg at Porsche Chester you’d think I’d be used to the exceptional level of service they provide - but no! Honestly, the most pleasurable car buying experience I’ve had in my 30 years of driving, and every time it never ceases to amaze me how great they are. Basically, if you want to buy a Porsche buy from them - they are fantastic in every way. And don’t let distance put you off, I live 150 miles from Chester! Cannot recommend the Chester team highly enough. Thanks so much Dave, Greg, Helen & Matt - I love my new car!

Just picked up a top of the range Cayenne from Martin Allen who was a pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile in terms of customer service. My PX was not straight forward as I wanted the wheels on the car I was PXing put onto the car I was buying. No problem though! All done within an hour of arriving and driving off in my new car. Martin was polite, professional and I came away from the experience feeling had a really service. Top work Martin. See you when i need my next car!

We visited porsche Chester on Saturday 1st April, upon arrival we were warmly greeted at the reception desk by Victoria who asked if she could help us and even our doggy was welcomed, we were offered a Hot drink and biscuits, the showroom was lovely and clean with plenty of cars to browse, there accessories shop was stocked up well and we bought some clothing, the staff there are very professional and we will be back again, i wouldnt hesitate to buy a car from here they are so professional, thanks again to Victoria for her help.
