Chopped in my extremely desirable 911 and took on a Porsche Taycan Turbo S. In 6 months the car has dropped almost £50k in value. Other Porsche Dealers won’t go any near it !! Land Rover couldn’t even get a value underwritten when offering it as a trade in. Porsche Bristol have no suggestions or advice for me and have said simply “stay in the car, we can do nothing to help you” I’m so disappointed and frustrated it’s untrue. My entire deposit/equity has gone in less than 6 months. I’ll never do business with them again and luckily i have managed to get friends to go elsewhere.

Poor customer service and communication. I made an enquiry on a 911 advertised on autotrader. I used the text option which i did not get a reply to. I sent a second text a day later and still no reply. I then followed up with a call. Spoke to a salesman. Gave my details and was advised i would be sent an email. Still no email! This over two days. Has not installed me with any confidence in wanting to purchase a car via this dealership.
