Went for Women’s day on a Friday. I had a great steam, black soap scrub, hot strobes massage snd facial. The only reason I didn’t score the visit 4 stars is because I didn’t realise they no longer provided towels and had to put and buy some. Also having to register on the leisure centre website and then the spa treatment website (hassle). I also think there spa cafe could sell attractive wellness food and drinks. And some fresh mint tea wouldn’t go amiss - like in Paris Turkish baths!

I read the reviews after booking and was nervous about what to expect but decided to keep the booking....and I am so happy I did!! The staff was friendly and showed me around the area when I arrived. I also learned that I could use the large pool as part of my booking and they helped me reserve a spot. It's definitely not a luxury spa, but it's a perfect escape from the city life, especially on a gloomy day. I will definitely be back!

Visited today and left after 5min. Not sure why is this place called a spa. Dark, dirty, smelly and the cold pool out of order. Literally opposite of what I’d call a spa.

I had read several poor reviews citing unhelpful staff, cleanliness and unpleasant odours amongst the complaints. I went anyway.. .. the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful, everywhere I went was clean and didn't smell. I had a swim as well as using the spa. I had a lovely time, the building is gorgeous, the facilities were great and it was great value for money as well.
