We have bought several bathrooms from this company and on several occasions I’ve had an absolutely terrible service. Anything from a completely destroyed bath that they still expected us to pay and wouldn’t refund the deposit for months even though we noticed the irreparable damage at the showroom, which they later, admitted to knowing about, but hadn’t told us, to a bidet that was cracked, we were blamed for dropping something on it!!!! I would advise you to use another company for your bathroom as it’s simply not worth the hassle dealing with these people. To Porcelenosa direct, don’t bother replying to this comment, making out you want to help as we’ve been fighting with you for months.

I ordered tiles from them for my house which they promised to deliver in 12 weeks but with big disappointment it took them over 2 years to deliver them. Firstly they placed a wrong order with wrong measurements, when they delivered items after two years they did not deliver full order, after delivery I noticed tiles are short in order when I visited the showroom they checked on the system and said oh these remaining tiles are still in our warehouse and you have to pay for these, but how such a big company can do big mistake. The quantity of bedroom tiles they delivered I can not even use them in small W/C. In the end I paid for the remaining tiles to complete the design for one wall and I been told we can not deliver them you have to go to our wear house and collect it your self, I was highly disappointed with their customer service and un-trained management and I would never recommend them to any one. If you want trouble and after spending a lot of money get half of the order which you can not use anywhere, then go ahead and shop from them but if you want ease & stress free process of building a house/ renovating it please DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

As a developer with 30+ years in the business this company was the worst and most chaotic experience EVER !! I currently have £££ of incorrect/incomplete items that arrived 3 months later than quoted that Pocelanosa want 50% handling charge to refund despite being at fault. The plumbing is Euro sizes parts not available in uk DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Excellent customer service, a reasonably broad selection, and some lovely showpieces for inspiration. We found what we needed for our bathroom and some helpful advice thrown in for good measure. Would recommend. Note: plenty of parking but do be careful on the approach and exit as the road is quite busy at times.

Despite it being an empty store with only 1 customer (wonder how they manage to stay open, it was a busy Sunday afternoon, both Solihull Town centre and the retail park were rammed) we were not given either a warm welcome or asked if we need help. With the variety available online, not sure we would rush back.

Update: Raz, saved the day again. Great Customer Service... Thanks. Think they deserve the 5th Star ____________________________________________________________ Great Showroom, Tiles & ideas. Support from Cameron & Raz (staff) was top draw after placing the initial order. Both went above & beyond, deserving 5 Stars alone. I have only reduced my rating because I had to return twice to buy additional Tiles & matching Grout. It would have been advised these might be needed at the time of purchase, or at least asked if we had thought about them. Additional Tiles were needed beyond the area plus 10% because of the number of cuts needed & matching Grout was needed instead of an off the shelf colour (as pointed out by my Tiler) because of the type/style of Tile we had chosen. So to sum up, great Showroom, Product & individual After Sales Support from Cameron & Raz. A little more guidance at point of Sale would have earned 5 Stars.
