I've been brewing home made wine on and off for 40 years and sadly the number of sources of goods (mostly chemicals) has dropped to almost critical levels. I discovered POPS a few months ago and have visited a number of times. Mat has been very helpful and friendly and is a good source of kit. Sadly he only seems to be open 3 days a week at the moment (was closed when I visited today wed) but I'll be back. We really need to support places like this as they are sadly going.
