Never again. Four out of the fifteen boxes we were given were incorrect. We’d paid a joiner to fit the flooring and only found out the flooring was incorrect when he went to fit it. Resulted in us having to pay for another day! No accountability from the store. Wouldn’t trust them to put an order together again to be perfectly honest.

Recently stopped in at Right Price Tiles and Wood Flooring, Belfast, looking for bathroom tiles after a long day of searching. We had a great experience. Gavin was very friendly and professional. He helped us out so well, he spent time with us understanding what we needed and the space we were working in. He then gave us great options, helped us load up the car with everything we needed and just made the whole experience really easy and pleasant! I would definitely recommend the store and especially the staff to anyone. And would 100% go back again if I ever needed any more tiles!
