On going problem which is not settling. Using patient access made tel appt with ANP RH - ok had to wait 3 weeks to speak to RH but wow! Following telephone consultation - came in today for further examination. Bloods taken and xray request printed. Able to get xray done this morning too. Could not get better care if I'd gone private. Well done NHS. 👌

I have an existing medical condition and cannot praise the staff at the surgery enough. I had a particularly bad bout of flu recently, and the Care I received, especially from Dr Short was second to none. I felt listened too and the Dr even rang and spoke with my Hospital Consultant during my appointment. I am continuing to receive great aftercare in my recovery. Thank you 😊

If I could I would give 0 stars. Went 2 times with my daughter to them as she had a bad cough, high temperature and running noses. As usual nothing to be worried for them. Next day I ended up at the hospital with her having cest infection and being prescribed 7 days of antibiotics. Couple of years ago we had same problem, but we did not learned our lesson. This time we are changing GP.

If you need to phone The Poplars it's God help you. You will be very lucky if they even answer the phone. I have phoned twice today and both times gave up after being on hold for 15 minutes. All I got was 'your call is very important to us’. Very poor service and just not good enough! Please get your act together.
