Absolutely appalling service at this practice. The staff are rude, can’t follow simple simple instructions and have no idea what they are doing. It’s like trying to communicate with a door handle with these people.

Highly recommend this surgery. It’s a friendly practice with an efficient online consultation system. The receptionists, GPs and nurses have all been fantastic when I’ve had to see them or taken either of my two kids. I know all NHS staff are under huge pressure at the moment so I wanted to thank the team for a great service.

Impossible to get a Face to Face Appointment. The only service offered is e consult which discriminates against those who do not have access to a computer or are not computer literate

Receptionists are not helpful, when i go and ask to help me they not help, too many time I need things and they not help just they say anything and ignore you. Also if I call I spend 30 minutes on the line not answering, but the doctors in the GP are really good and helpful.
