Not very pleased with Popular Carpets service, we have lived in Rubery for 40 years and always had Popular, My parents room requires a bit of a re-stretch, which they came out 5 years ago to do (Carpet is approx 10 years old) but maintained brilliantly. Gentleman who i spoke to was so rude, said he wouldn't do it, I even offered to pay but not good enough. Transform Flooring down the road was able to do it for a small price. The lady was so helpful. Sometimes we may not have big jobs all the time, sometimes its the upkeep or maintence we require but they were not interested now that they have big contracts. Funny how businesses don't remember the times you brought business to them during their start up days. Appalling!!!!!

Great job Very professional, proficient and good hearted people. I walked into the showroom the staff were very professional helpful and warm they sent a colleague to take measurements of my entire flat they advised me to the best they could, the price was very reasonable. The fitting was of an excellent standard again very polite professional and trustworthy people. My flat looks great. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks for a great service
