Dont be fooled this isnt a one star i would give 0 if i could. i called the guy as i was stuck outside house and he said he will be there in roughly 25 minutes. i waited 25 minutes, i waited 40 minutes, i waited over an hour! No response. i finally decided to call and he was not answering and ended up rejecting my call. luckily it wasnt serious like having the stove on or anything like that in the house but he was extremely unprofessional with handling the situation because he didnt even HANDLE THE SITUATION. i ended up climbing through the 3rd floor window risking my life because this so called locksmith decided to lie to me and give me a false promise with no response. TERRIBLE.

Back door handle was broken and wouldn't lock, called last minute on a Saturday morning and someone was over in no time and fixed it in a few minutes. Works like a charm now and the technician was pleasant and made sure I tested the lock. Fab experience all around and for a great price, i would highly recommend pop my locks locksmith.
