Very good! I was initially mistakenly sent a defective item which incurred the hassle of sending it back. This was bought as a gift. I complained about this and the business owner Sebastian Pooley contacted me personally to apologise and organised for a replacement to be sent on time, which Wendy at Pooley's sent over. I'm not sure how I can return the favour, but this is the best way possible. Due to a courier mess up with my delivery, I contacted Pooleys directly to resolve my matter. Tracy, went above and beyond to solve my matter. Pooleys provides quality documents for flying and is A* in customer service. I will be sure to use Pooley's as my first choice for any aviation material.

Most of what Pooleys do is First Class, high quality stock at the top of the aviation industry, WELL DONE. Unfortunately its 2021 diary falls short of the mark. Too thick [over 1.7cm] crammed full of material, most of it irrelevant. The old diaries were thin and fitted into an inside pocket. This thing would only fit into a large flight bag. Please go back to the original product, it didn't need changing.

Best pilot shop in the world, I live in South Africa I bought my atpl training manuals and cx3 from these guys received my books within 2days from the day it was dispatched , my cx3 was lost by the South Africa postal service they dispatched another one with DHL Express received it 2 days later you will make a mistake by not choosing these guys best customer service I have ever experienced
