As both services were at the same office, it meant we didn't have to liaise with other businesses and meant the house Sale went through as smoothly as possible. They sold our property within 4 days! On the whole very pleased with you selling our house. As it was a one way sale it was quite straight forward. The reason why I haven’t given 5 stars is because there was a mistake in the written details of the house. And a couple of times after ringing and leaving a message no one got back to me . Very nice staff friendly and helpful, apart from one member of staff who showed people round in about 2 minutes and didn’t seem to know much about it ,
