They ruined my life 😭 had suffered a severe trauma and didn't receive the surgery I needed until 13 days after my accident. And that was only after I had to point out the law to the receptionist. When I did eventually get the surgery, the surgeon told me I should have been operated on, on the night of my accident and due to the time that had past the outcome would not be as successful as it would have been should I had received the surgery sooner. I have now been left with limited capabilities and feel very disappointed with the way I was treated. Infact they have ruined my life. Thanks Poole hospital 😷
