Today (05/05/23) car (BMW X1), site all but empty. Had to ask for mirrors to be wiped clean when they had finished. When back home noticed half the wheels had not been cleaned and still had dirt in the spokes, and still has dirt below rear bumper. Normally been good but have now taken a couple of cars here and have noticed the service and attention to detail has changed. Used inside clean for one of the cars and decided after their clean would not use again. My conclusion is not happy with the service and will not use or recommend their operation to friends.
