I go here for treatment 3 times a week. My experience started off very bumpy indeed however, things got back on track with the help of Sue from HR. The staff here will go above and beyond if they can make your stay as comfortable as possible. Occasionally there are hick-ups, as there would be in any organisation. Thank you to all the staff :) from a grateful patient ;)

I also go to the dialysis unit three times a week unfortunately I must be going to a different unit the staff are fantastic going out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible.some people are lucky as they have their own private room with a big double bed.colour TV and staff running around after them.i find it quite insulting that one person no matter what you do for him still treat staff and anyone else at the unit like something on the bottom of his shoe.i think the best thing for him is to find another placement if there is one.but their is only so much people can take before they snap.soooner he's gone the better for everyone

This is a lovely friendly unit and the staff are amazing. Unfortunately though, we have to listen to one patient who hurls rascist abuse at the staff and has also threatened one of the patients. I personally find his behaviour vile and totally unnecessary. Apart from this one ignorant, bigoted patient, I would recommend this unit and I'm grateful for everything that they do.

Strange location for a medical facility - you have to enter via the DB Foods security gate, then turn left within the DB Foods compound, and the dialysis centre is in Unit M, on the right. The staff are lovely though, once you find it! And of course they do an incredibly important job, providing dialysis and other treatments for those with kidney failure or whose kidneys might be heading in that direction. Just wish it was in a more easily accessible location.
