After nearly 4 years of having no dentist I was super chuffed to get in on this practice books! Had an appointment booked in about 4 weeks time (today). Nice clean premises and friendly staff. Gave me both NHS and private prices for what I needed done / doing. Recommended by me. Thanks

I have nothing but praise for everyone that works at this practice from the lady on the reception desk , The dental nurse and the lovely female dentist that treated me during my visit in December 2022. Our old NHS Dentist left the practice our family have been using for years leaving us without an NHS Dentist. Having contacted 111 they advised that the only practice taking on New NHS patients was Poole Dental. I contacted them and an appointment was made for two weeks on from the date of initial contact. After this time I suddenly started to experience severe tooth pain this was completely out of the blue. During my appointment the dentist was very thorough and identified that I had an infection in one of my rear molars. Both the dentist and the dental nurse were so kind and caring and offered reassurance explaining what they were planning to do and the two options i had to alleviate the pain i was feeling . Later that afternoon they performed emergency treatment that alleviated my pain almost immediately and I was booked in for a check up in January . I cannot fault the care I have received so far from this practice please disregard the previous negative reviews as can be seen from previous posts the last 3 reviews are a true reflection of the recent care I experienced at this practice.

Ignore the bad reviews- they are all from ages ago when different people were in charge. You can trust this practice to do the best for you, although it may take time to get an appointment, but that's down to the Government for failing to fund NHS dental care

I didnt have a dentist and cracked 2 teeth, called poole dental and they gave me a cancellation slot 2 days later. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I hadn't been to the denist for some time as I hate going and they put me totally at ease. I have to wait until February to be seen again but I don't mind the wait as its worth it when staff are so lovely
