Hello everyone I’ve had an issue with my Audi a6 gearbox problem Poole Audi couldn’t find where the oil leak coming from last 3 years and they have charged me thousands of pounds and then I went some where specialist they’ve found the fault in 2 hours and also my last visit to Poole Audi they charged me £1322 they said issue with gear selector but it wasn’t issue with gear selector was an issue with mechatronic unit I’m not happy with Poole Audi at all basically they stole my money 😡😡😞😞😞

I had a problem with the AdBlue system on my A6. Took into Poole Audi who first told me it was the injector, paid for it had it fitted, collected the car and there was still a problem. Took it back they told me it was now the Pump, left it with them for 4 weeks, no courtesy car! had it replaced which was small fortune picked it up and took it home. The next time I had to refill Adblue, I did so and the same warning light came on so I called Audi who said bring it down and we will look into it, same day they told me it was a problem with the work they had done and they will get it sorted asap asked me to bring it back a couple of days later so I did, then I get a call saying that its no longer an issue with the wok they had done it is a new fault and the entire adblue tank has to be replaced at a cost of £1800! they said I used inferior quality Adblue, which is a load of rubbish because I emailed RedEx and they told me that their product is not of inferior quality and it was well in date. I wouldn't go near Audi Poole and warn everyone else to avoid.

After having been a previous purchaser from Poole Audi, I was disappointed in the complete lack of customer service. I have twice visited the showroom, but on both occasions I was not greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. In fact, no Audi staff spoke to me at all. Personally, I find this unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not a patch on Porsche or Mercedes.

QUICK UPDATE as of April '23 So i spoke to a chap whom i believe was the head of aftersales and essentially the conversation went as it should have gone from the onset. An initial solution was suggested to myself which was palatable and I would would honestly describe as good customer service. The complication and I suppose this is a good thing is that my car has myteriously stopped leaking! We have agreed to monitor the situation and if the car leaks ago we will revert back to the original plan. Its only fair then that I update this review and will revert back if the leak comes back to advise of outcome .................................................................................... Ok so Ill be as honest as I can be. I bought an RS6 through the Audi used programme and like most customers buying this type of car at this price point, I did significant research to establish common faults etc etc. It quickly became apparent that Audi's in general across multiple platforms experience a widespread water leakage issue originating from the panoramic sunroof. Based on the this knowlege, when I bought the car I specifically asked Poole to carry out a sunroof service to ensure everything was ok which they confirmed. I had no other issues with the purchase of the car which was a pleasant experience. Fast forward 10 months and my sunroof has developed a significant leak; the same problem that would appear is affected potentially 1000s of Audi customers both in this country and elsewhere. I approached Poole to ask how they could help to rectify this issue considering I spent £60k with them 10 months ago. Firstly they confirmed it was highly unlikely that I would be able to get this repaired under warranty although they did say there was a chance that Audi customer services may apply a gesture of good will. Poole's response however was that they would essentially treat me just like any other service customer and that there would basically be no benefit for me using them over a local dealer close to where I live in London. I was expecting far more than then considering i had bought a premium product less than 10 months ago what is now leaking the repair of which is likely to cost me in the region of £4000. A centre with better customer services would have offered more in terms of the support to ensure a suitable repair was carried out with minimal cost to me considering this is such a widespread issue across the Audi brand. Incidently, I had exactly the same problem with my BMW M5. BMW did offer a gesture of good will in full to cover the costs but the process was so painful plus the fact that a modern day car should not leak, led me to sell the BMW and vow to never buy one again. - Here I am with an Audi with exactly the same problem! Hopefully Poole will pick up this review and rethink how they can support me and if I get a better outcome through Poole or AUdi directly, I will come back here and update accordingly. Customer service is judged on how companies manage customers when there are problems so we shall see what happens here

I have mixed feelings, but will try to be pragmatic. I give five stars for the personal experience (lovely building, smiling people, great coffee and free massage). However, I give it one star for the following. -> Low-quality work resulting in potentially life-threatening issues. -> No aftersales willingness to find the technical reason for the problem (makes you feel like you are the bad guy disturbing them). -> I had to fix the issue in another garage, losing more time and money (the other garage comments about the work results they seen were, lightly speaking, intense). -> More talking than actions. An average comes down to three stars. It is probably a good place for buying and simple car servicing, but not for more advanced technical jobs.
