Ordered a replacement hot tub lid. Quite a wait, but that was made clear on the website before l ordered it. However, the wait time was no longer than stated, and the contact and delivery info when it was ready were good and as stated. Well packaged, and arrived without damage. The lid fitted a treat and looks to be very well made. I liked the finish inside too which was better than my original one. The accompanying care instructions look useful, and my hot tub now looks like new again. Very pleased over all.
