First class service from purchase to installation. Naomi was so helpful throughout the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. Neil and the team delivered and installed the Hydro 5 as soon as it arrived with Pool Spas. We have enjoyed the last 4 weeks using the hot tub. Excellent, prompt service from Neil when we encountered a minor glitch with the Hot tub.

Pools spas hartlepool, we bought the ambleside hot tub from pool spas, Naomi helped us find the right one for us she was very helpfull, emailing us and keeping us up to date when our order was coming & delivery date, the service was excellent, dean came for a survey for getting hot tub to the rear garden, on delivery day dean ,taffy and the boss came, they worked very hard, & set it up in our gazebo.i cant fault dean and taffy there were here a couple of hours, filling and setting it all up and explaining everything to us,we also got free steps & starter kit & delivery, and cover, dean & taffy even came back the next day to check every thing was ok,i can`t recommend them enough,Best place to go for hot tubs. Mr & Mrs Watson.
