It was an awful experience on 8th may 23. The lockers didn't have key bands. The key could have been easily lost in the pool. The wave machine only ran once for a short time only . I have visited before as well so I know what it used to be. Only one flume was working and even this was open for 20 minutes only due to staff shortage. When it was due to open again only one staff member was available therefore it got delayed further and I had to leave. He jacuzzi wasn't working either. Apart from the payment machine nothing worked .q Leisure centre shouldn't have charged us a single penny if the they already knew that the facilities weren't working.

What a shambles of facilities, honestly..... Pool is way too dirty, sauna room is disgusting as the dirt under the wooden bench is too much it seems they haven't cleaned it for years...yukhhhh and there is tons of mould and dirt stuck under those hot benches...that is not good for breathing since sauna is the room where you focus on your breathing... I would strongly suggest the authority to immediately clean sauna room and keep it a regular thing.... Hair dryers/ shorts dryer broken for weeks now and they don't seem to be fixing it.... They have closed more then half of the showers and people que for their turn to shower in remaining limited shower places they have...I mean what the hell is wrong with the management???? Why if something breaks and they can't fix it for weeks... they find it easier to just print a paper and stick it as apology...please grow up and fix those things as 1st priority. People pay to come for these facilities, it's not a charity organisation where you just don't bother about it....

The facilities could be amazing but the cleanliness is horrendous. People walk in with their muddy shoes and the floors around the changing rooms and the showers are disgusting. I honestly don't know how this is allowed. I always make sure my kids wear their sliders as I really think you could catch some nasty viruses from mud and dirty water. The pools are good and the swimming teachers are good but I wouldn't use the pools for fun, too dirty.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They have a booking system from 1930 which basically means you have to turn up and hope you get in. There is no online portal. There are no messages when full. We have now been turned away 3 times in a row and will not be coming back. If you are lucky enough to get in DO NOT expect everything to work. In the last 5 visits, only once have the slides been working. This place is a disgrace.
