Appalling customer service. Tried to get my son’s (valuable) lost property back and they could not care less. A string of ridiculous excuses why they.could not help, no empathy or willingness to listen, just a robotic response from the truly unhelpful Mandy Price. I hope she never loses something precious and has to deal with similar.
