Amazing local music store, so lucky to have it in our area when other local towns do not have a music shop! I have just purchased a beautiful Yamaha Revstar electric guitar and a Yamaha THR10II amplifier from Octave Music. Great selection of Yamaha products in store. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, I spent a couple of hours in the store trying out different guitars and amp's to suit my needs. Came away with exactly what I require at a good price. I have even booked myself into some guitar lessons at the store with Grant, so that I can 'brush up' on my playing technic. Thoroughly recommend this shop, get down to the store now!! PS Cannot understand the couple of bad reviews?? They must have an ulterior motive in my view because of the amazing shop it is and which I have experienced!!

This shop is amazing! I went in looking for a new acoustic guitar and the guys there were so helpful and amazing. They immediately gave me a guitar that felt perfect, played well and was a good price even with a case and a capo. The staff were so kind and helpful and me and the young man there spent a good bit talking about different music styles and guitars for a good while. I honestly couldn't be happier with these guys and I will be recommending them to all my friends that want to start playing aswell. Couldn't have a better music shop around.

Purchased from here a couple of times and have been beyond happy with everything, the customer service is incredibly helpful and kind, the staff are wonderful to talk to and very polite. The store itself is lovely and they really know what they're doing. My first visit was to buy the cheapest guitar I could find to mess around with, and they had exactly what I wanted. I returned afterwards to purchase a good quality Bass Guitar for my partner, and she's absolutely in love with it, they sorted out all the kit I needed for it and we're a massive help. Will always shop here for my musical needs.
