It is a pain having to stop your day to sort your car out, but the pain always disappears when you get to Wilson n Co. Everytime I've been here...should be earning frequent flyer miles by now 🤪.... the service is ALWAYS impeccable!!! The 1st time may have been a fluke but after the 2nd and 3rd and 4th, you come to realise that this is just their standard....EXCEPTIONAL! What do they do so great you may wonder? Disappointing waste of my morning. Had my car booked in for a part to be fitted. Booked a while you wait appointment. Was told on arrival it might be longer than the stated time which was fine. Myself and the children went off for a few hours, I got a text to say the car was ready about 2 hours later. Got back and nothing had been done to the car as the wrong part was ordered/sent. I'm waiting for this part since well before Christmas. It was very disappointing that we had wasted that time and will have to go back and do the same again whenever the right part comes in Hopefully it will be sorted at our next appointment
