All the members of staff that I've met with so far have been helpful, considerate and seem to genuinely care about helping jobseekers find stable employment. There's lots of good resources available here to help in that process as well. Despite my initial apprehension, I felt very much like a person and not another number to be shuffled around, nobody ever wants to be at a Jobcentre but the staff make it bearable.
