This review is for a man called Dwayne , because i live down South and was only able to come the day before because of Covid , it fell on a Sunday , Dwayne gave me his number and said it did not matter what time we got to Yorkshire , he would open up so we could see our dad , while we were there he was really good with us , it was late dark and cold , but he did not rush us , while my dad was in hospital right up to today ,it was hard because he had a partner, whos daughter became next of kin over night , the Co Op handled this situation very well and took into account we were his children , they were professional and very caring , the only ones through our sad Journey that understood my dad had 3 Children, you never think things can get as difficult as they did , thank you Dwayne for doing what you did that Sunday in January , today when i was tearful for how we have been treated , you came to mind and i honestly had to thank you , be safe and lucky

I can’t speak highly enough of the service provided by Duane for my mother’s funeral last week. The attention to detail was amazing, he thought of everything, kept in contact throughout and nothing was too much trouble. It was a relief at a very sad and stressful time not to have to worry about this aspect because it was so well taken care of.
