    Service was awful we did not get drinks for ages. Any request took too long to arrive. We asked for mango chutney when food arrived and we had finished our meal when it actually turned up. Way over priced for the quality of food and the quality is very low. I will never go back again

    We had to cancel our wedding due to Covid 3 years ago. We are still trying to recover money from them after 3 years. They owe us money, as well as many other people, yet they still continue to take money from new couples for weddings. The company that are based at Newland Manor operate as multiple companies which are all owned by 1 person (Check Companies House). They also operate at Ponsbourne Park Hotel and continue to have weddings there. The Newland Manor company went into liquidation nearly 2 years ago (I have personally spoken to the Liquidators). So for those asking who had no replies etc, this is the reason. These guys are snakes, please to do not get involved with them and have your wedding with them. So many broken promises about re-payments etc. Currently, they only operate at Ponsbourne Park now. Please check out the companies that the owner owns, you will see that the companies are in debt. They do not own Newland Manor or Ponsbourne Park, they only operate there.
