A nice location with some good swims. Toilets could do with some TLC and I couldn't find the shop. Make sure you bring cash.

Great place to introduce people to fishing for carp and cats, and good facilities on site. However…it feels like there are too many swims for a lake of this size, especially when it is busy. Last time I was there there were numerous incidents of people casting over someone else’s line and getting tangled up. Some of the cats were not in good shape, care kit was used a lot! I appreciate there is little the bailiffs can do, especially on a night session but the lake seems to be attracting an increasing number of wrong-uns who are more interested in getting drunk and having party. Their handling of the fish left a lot to be desired sadly.
