I've had hundreds of massages over the years, some great and some mediocre. I've been working from home during lockdown and beyond and sitting at a desk staring at Zoom meetings for up to 10 hours a day, my body decided enough was enough. I've just had a fabulous massage with Lara, she has a lovely energy about her, gentle and kind but most importantly her massages are strong, effective and tailored to my exact needs. With strong hands, hot stones and stretching, I literally felt like a new person when I left. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

I've been to at least five other massage studios in london and Lara is the best so far. She knows the causes of my pain and is happy to offer suggestions on how to alleviate it with stretches I can do at home. I've found that useful. She is also one of just two therapists that I've found who know how to massage well with hot stones. Others just place the stones on your body and don't use them to massage- not Lara, she's great!
