I was recommended to contact Tony and his team after we discovered asbestos in a home we had just purchased to refurbish. It had been a huge shock to myself and my fiancé and I was very upset and scared when Tony first came to visit us. Tony could not have been kinder and did everything he possibly could to support us and reassure us and do the required works at a price we could cope with. Unfortunately, things became complicated by electrics going into the asbestos and Tony was on the phone to UK power network for us and our supplier trying to come to a resolution. He ultimately found us a solution that meant not only were we paying less but also the works could be done far quicker than we were expecting. It meant his company was earning less out of us but that was not his priority, it was taking care of us, his customers. He completely went above and beyond for us and we genuinely could not be happier with the outcome. I hope that I never have to contact Tony again but we would highly recommend him and thank him for making our home for us and our baby safe.

Asbestos tends to make people nervous and so we wanted to get a survey done in our new 1950s property. Tony and team definitely go the extra mile to not only explain about asbestos and the risks involved with the different types / locations etc but they are fully aware of the need to reassure people. To this end, Tony went above and beyond answering all my questions (and there were many) to both a high level of detail as well as within usually a day turnaround. To this end we have designed a satisfactory way forward and a great survey service - would wholeheartedly recommend Tony and team

Tony and Adam from Polytech Contracts are a delight to work with anyday. I had purchased an aged property and hit asbestos ceiling boards in middle of ongoing renovations.. this caused an unforeseen delay for me and I was stuck in a hand to mouth situation with builders ready to depart my site. As soon as I engaged Polytech Contracts team ,Tony sprung into action .. made sure that he visited my site and calmed down everyone about the possibilities and how to operate safely till the time asbestos was removed. within a day a complete survey was done and within 2 weeks Tony and Adam officially got the asbestos removed with government certified docs as well. highly recommend their prompt and very professional service who is looking for complex asbestos removals at their site. They removed the ceiling of my double garage which contained two types of asbestos. They communicated very clearly beforehand what site prep needed to be done. They arrived promptly, carried out the work safely and effectively. They provided certificates for the air quality monitoring and the safe disposal of the sheeting. They left the site clean and tidy, within their stated timeframe. If I had a similar job to do again, (I hope I never do), I would use them again.
