Close to Mayflower theatre. Comfortable beds, amazing staff and a great choice of breakfast items. Off-street parking available at rear of property for a fee. Would stay here again!

Great stay and welcome from lovely hosts.Perfect for arrivals via Train to Southampton central. Very nice all that you need close by, rooms are on suite with big beds and all modern appliances, clean and comfortable, perfect for business travellers and contractors.

Well, we got an email 23hrs before going saying no breakfast, while on route we got an email saying photo ID needed, which we didn't have. On arrival we got a room with a shower in the corner when an ensuite had been booked. Eventually we got the right room. So after all that, there was a breakfast if sorts, the room was recently refurbished and lovely and clean. We had an idiot in the room next door but that's another story. Not sure I'd stay there again but wouldn't say never.
