Please please PLEASE do not use this agency. They are absolutely horrendous; they will literally do anything they can to keep your money. We’ve been trying to get in contact with them for several days and they don’t respond to calls or emails. They lie about contracts and try to scare you into believing their lies. Do not EVER use this agency.

If I could leave no stars I would! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. In my opinion they rip off students. From signing the contract and saying everything is included, then changing their minds a couple of months in so utilities had to be sorted in a hurry. Meanwhile they charged like it was included and had to refund each householder having had the benefit of the extra money in their bank. Their bank rejected a rental payment and they were threatening additional charges, putting more stress on the students and then, at the end of the contract, when the standing order still got paid because we forgot to cancel it took 6 weeks to get the money back because ‘it wasn’t a priority’ Oh and the house was an absolute dump! STUDENTS AVOID!!! Plenty of other DECENT letting agents out there that know what they’re doing!
