The online registration system does not verify my email address and I have tried numerous times. Customer services number is not answered between their advised hours of operation as per automated answering message. Does not instil a lot of confidence in the product or the ongoing service one is likely to receive once a product has been purchased. These are not 10 pence bolts that someone intends to buy therefore the interaction with customers should reflect the high quality products being offered. I have been trying to register my product online for several days now. I have entered all the product details perfectly and that is all fine, no error messages its just my email address is STILL not being verified. The standard of customer service - pre- and after-sales - needs to be improved if Polti stand a chance of me ever buying another Polti product again. Simple solutions: answer the call during office hours or re-word the automated messaging; Polti's technical website team should very easily do something so that online registration system actually functions to verify an email address without issue.

Heavy cordless, lighter than some, but difficult to manoeuvre for older person. Had cordless Bosch before which was.much.lighter but broke down a lot. Polti a bit easier to empty but need to upend whole machine above bin! Tried to register Polti but site really difficult. Gave up as refuse to pay to.phone them.

I purchased a Polti Forzaspira 21.9v slim cordless vac from Ideal Shopping Direct 20th January 2020 in September 2021 the battery run time was only 3 minutes I contacted Polti on 12th Novmber and was told that they would send me a replacement battery as it was still under warranty. On the 19th I received an email which said they were out of stock and would have a delivery the following week and one would be sent to me as soon as they arrived. On 9th December I sent another email asking when could I expect delivery of a replacement battery to which I got no reply sent another 2 emails still no reply. I telephoned them again and was told that they had had a handful of batteries delivered but they had all been sent out and i would have to wait for the next delivery which would be sometime in January 2022 i would not recommend buying this cordless cleaner as i have found that the after sales service is poor

Had a fault with my forzaspira slim vacuum, e mailed Friday morning.. Got phone call around an hour later, spoke with kath and she promised to send replacement ASAP.... Monday morning and I received that replacement! Excellent customer service Polti.. Well done 😊
