I was in line to get some cheesecake but some lady cut the line and got them before me without even paying for them. I did know you can reserve food. Horrible service, if you only have limited stock of popular food you have to play fair with all customers. Definitely prefer pollen at campus.

The pastries are really good, but the coffee is mediocre at most. It usually takes them anywhere between 25 to 40 minutes to serve takeaway coffee, but they don't let you know when you order. The first few times this happened we thought it was a fluke, but 10 orders in, it sounds like that's their usual operation. Today they serves us flat whites instead of lattes and did not offer refunds for the price difference. YIKES.
