I had an amazing experience using Polished Concrete Specialists. I was sure I hit gold when I had the initial discussions with Lynda. She was approachable and attentive, and most importantly patient. It’s a huge commitment and the joinery to install was seamless and helpful. When it was time to lay the floor Elliot and his lads were brilliant…. We had a substantial leak and our builders omitted responsibility on some minor damage to the floor as it was just laid… but Elliot was so supportive and after a couple months when inspected he put my mind at rest. Cannot recommend (& have been) this company more….
