This place is amazing... The factory Part I was in is Not open to the public, but I was working here today. The selection of different breads and cake being prepared for sale in their shops was a real treat to watch. I'm not a lover of really sweet cakes and the one pictured has the absolute right balance of sweetness, taste and texture This place has really opened my eyes and if there is a bakery or store that sells Mazowsze products then I really recommend you try some. The rye bread was again a really pleasant soft white loaf, with a light delicious flavour and texture... I will look for Mazowsze from now on when I'm out shopping. Jack and Monika were my contacts to complete my work today and they were 2 of the nicest people you'd hope to meet. Jack escorted me around the factory during my visit... The highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene were present throughout the whole factory and everything smelled as good as it looked as it was being made fresh, prior to shipping. It was the bakery equivalent to Willy wonka's food room 🤣🤣 I would highly recommend the bakery products produced by Mazowsze's
