Been a customer (intermittently) for 6 years approx. Mainly Magnums and 5.11 kit. Never had to use customer services so no comment on that but there prices are good and they deliver promptly, that's all I ask for so more than happy my end.

Ordered trousers. Never received them. Un-named Customer service agent blamed me for not being in. Despite Courier (Hermes) not dropping with a neighbour or allowing alternate direction for delivery. It’s not the Stone Age! Just received screen shots and more blame from Polimil. Failed to receive a full refund as their T&C’s lift £6 from you if their courier doesn’t deliver. Absolute waste of time and money for all involved.

Polimil a Dishonest Company Dishonest Company tell you they have stock Which they don't then take your money and then tell you days later its out of stock and then you have to chase them for a refund and 10 days later i still have not had my refund. Do yourself a favour and stay well Clear of Polimil they are nothing but a bunch Liars just look at all the other bad reviews will tell you the same thing
