Staff took over 3 months to come back to me on a kitchen project. So I was left having to find a new one supplier midway through a project. They didn’t care to understand this either. Just acted like I should just find someone else to help after their incompetence. Avoid this store at all costs. Terribly ran. Update March 2022. In any other country and Poliform, you get good service. Have had several encounters with staff which were both positive and negative. However Asta, the store manager has been a pleasure to work with and has really helped me out after a weird first experience with Poliform. She’s been extremely helpful.

An excellent experience with Poliform. We ordered a Mad Joker chair and pouffe online, sight unseen. Always a little worrying with such a big expenditure and furniture made to order. Micheal, the sales designer was extremely helpful throughout. Communication was very good. The chair was packed beautifully and delivery was efficient. The furniture makes an impressive statement in the living room and we are very happy with the purchase.
