Shocking customer service! Added 2 of an item to my basket, something went wrong with their website and it only checked out 1. I contact them to tell them as I have someone coming to fit on Monday, Diane on live chat told me it wouldn’t be possible to get it here on time and I’d simply have to wait for a new order. Then she disconnected the chat! Terrible service, will not be using them again!

Neo 3 Sided 28mm Bay Window Curtain Pole Disappointed with inappropriate product description and poor customer service. Bought a 28mm pole advertised as suitable for medium to heavy curtains. Manufacturer weight limit of 10kg does not correspond to this description - having spoken with curtain manufacturers, few bay window curtains would come in at less than 10kg, let alone 'heavy curtains'. Also be aware that Neo sell a 35mm pole that takes weights up to 30kg (x3 the limit of this product). Again, it is difficult to see how this company come to the description of being suitable for heavy curtains. The 35mm bay window set is not sold by this company. Product also took just under 2 months to arrive due to 'container delay', then finding that it is not suitable. Dealings with customer service simply resulting in advice to return product at my cost. Writing a review in case it saves others the hassle!

Received the order on time but the curtains pole was damaged. Please see the attached images. And they simply send a replacement curtain pole, which I haven't requested and filling my garage space. Not a good customer experience, not listening to what customer wants...
