I Expected so much more from my shiny new '21 Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS, having owned a Diesel model for many years, but have been disappointed by: lack of availability at time of purchase and confusing website details = not knowing what and when I will get, very poor build quality, clunks and clanks from transmission, misfiring at idle, intermittent hesitation on acceleration, exhaust constantly popping on closing throttle, lack of storage, cant read OBD diagnostics (right to repair issue) and more! On the plus side and hence the two stars: Powerful engine, EPS surprisingly good, LED lights, shift lever P/R/N/L/H (P very useful). This is the first time in many years of vehicle ownership of all kinds that I feel I dont actually 'own' the vehicle, having to be reliant on technologies and dealer only gizmos like 'Digital wrench' which have been applied misappropriately.

2014 Polaris ranger, been nothing but problem since we owned. The replacement drive shaft from Polaris British Ltd supplied via an authorised dealer has been machined too large. Significant costs and lost time incurred and for months the 3rd party dealer has been giving us the run around on behalf of Polaris Britian ltd. We purchased a named brand to avoid not being able to get spares and to avoid shoddy customer service, Polaris clearly is not a brand that can or is bothered about delivering on either of these. I would seriously consider buying another brand if you are concerned with after sales care and spares quality.
