Been here a few times, not always perfect but always been OK. Yesterday I had booked 3 additional children on to coincide with a birthday party being attended by one of our children, but due to a misunderstanding the party was actually an hour later than I thought. I rang and explained and they were really nice and moved the booking on an hour for us. Also, they were happy for the children to use socks they already had from other venues, rather than insisting we bought their own, being a tight Yorkshire lass, this pleased me as it's something that really gets my back up elsewhere, and would definitely influence any review or recommendations I'd give to others.

Great place to take the kids to burn some energy. Great cafe to get a coffee and cake whilst kids are off bouncing, and you can view them from the cafe area.

My 8 year old kids, boy/girl twins, love this place. Super clean and gets the energy out. The staff monitoring the jumping are a bit up tight but I guess they’re just keeping everyone safe.
