My sister's lived on the penthouse level of the West tower for over a decade now. They have to switch at a specific floor to change to the elevator/lift exclusively for the penthouse level residents. That's the biggest inconvenience, which really isn't much, except when she's expecting large deliveries that have to wait for off peak traffic to get to her floor. There's a gym and Sainsbury's just to the West of the building, with loads of take out/take away shops nearby. Thankful that we can't hear the trains in the depot behind the building, but can't vouch for what it sounds like on the lower floors.
