I wondered what the “A” stood for in “Point A”, but it turns out it stood for “Alarm in the room kept going off all night keeping us awake and making us very tired for our early morning flight”. I guess “Point” must mean “Point us in the direction of a different hotel.” Also my friend was sick in the shower and the plug hole was too small so the lumps wouldn’t go down - disappointing. Staff were lovely though and great location.

Positive: Adequate facilities. Hotel is clean. Beautiful outdoor space. Friendly team. Rooms are modern with great blackout curtain. Great location. Breakfast was good/good selection available (no cooked option). Note: not sure if all rooms are the same but my room was on the small side-maybe max a foot between the end of the bed/wall (a challenge to move from one side of the room to the other-the shower room was on the far side - note i’m a small person with good mobility so could be a challenge for others). The tv is big-the distance to view from the bed is a little uncomfortable to watch but others may be ok with that. The light switch is very bright and the room was very warm-you need aircon on (kept me awake a bit) so take an eye mask/ear plugs if this would bother you -it may not bother others. Overall a great hotel, would stay again.
