Absolutely disgraceful service. I have had the grave misfortune of being allocated 3 beyond incompetent advocates over the space of a year from this appalling service. All three advocates relayed information directly contradictory to everything I had expressed, each time resulting in serious detrimental impacts on my situation, including proceedings being taken against me which I then had to fight to have reversed. The level of distress these people have caused me forget even the lack of help, it's hard to even process how this service is even commissioned by anyone. Complaints were not handled appropriately, or at all. Absolute disgrace. Absolute f'ing disgrace. Words simply aren't strong enough.

Pohwer, is "powerless"! This is just another burocratic - waste - of - space! They claim that a patient who is ignored by the nhs has "unrealstic expectations"?! So, affectively if a person is suffering and requires care; but doesn't get that care? Its because their expectations are too high?? So, its best to accept that you are being ignored?! Truly - chilling! This useless company replys offering the same useless advice. Its called, "ground-hog-day" - and the public is paying for it. One useless " gravytrain", after anothe - and don't bother with any useless complaints procedures - they acheive - nothing!
