We first put all our worldly goods into storage in March 2022 for what we thought would be a 6 week period. I found the initial contact easy to deal which was important to me as I was worried about access to my house as the street is narrow and often full of parked cars. I managed to persuade my neighbours not to park down one side of the street for the morning and the pod arrived on time with good communication with the office beforehand and driver on the day. My 6 week need for storage turned into 10 months of hell and honestly, using PODS was the only easy thing about the whole saga. I had to keep extended my storage and even.booked then had to reschedule for delivery twice- one of these times being around Christmas. The staff were always helpful and fully transparent about fees and costs. I mostly dealt with Diane but also Helen latterly and I found both of these ladies helpful and flexible with high professional standards and good knowledge of the service they offer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PODS for all your storage needs and would happily use them again. Saying that, I'd rather put myself into storage than EVER move house again!

Delivered, relocated and returned within the schedule and communicated with me every step of the way. Made our move hassle free and removed alot of stress.
