We had some meals here at Podium restaurant & bar. Restaurant š„©- Hanger steak - Our favourite dish so far. The steak is very tender and juicy, not dry at all. Vegetables on the side are flavourful and you can taste the grill flavor with it. We got pretty full after finish the steak. Down part is, the quality of the hunger steak is kinda unstable. For few time the steak we had, it was a bit too raw, and the grill flavor wasn't there for the vegetables as well, the whole dish was plain and tasteless. We did end up ask for extra grill for the steak. š¦ Duck Breast - it wasn't a very memorable dish, portion was kinda small compare to the price, won't recommend if you want a property meal that will make you full. š„¦- Cauliflower Katsu (v) - The cauliflower itself taste amazing, it's fried with thin layer of batter, and covered with some kind of sweet sauce, taste kinda like teriyaki sauce. It came with a bit kimchi, white raisin, some nuts (i think) and some kind of puffed rice sprinkle on the side. Nice option for vegetarian. Both bar & restaurant have the same dish. š¦ Quale - Don't have the pic for it unfortunately, but I'd say it's not my dish. The portion was pretty small, and the quale, it had some kind of "wild" flavor that I didn't like, not sure if that's the right taste for it as it's my first time to try quale. Over all the quality of the dishes were over average for sure, atmosphere was good as well.

Lovely evening with a colleague. Nice touch the sourdough with the creamy cheese before the starter. (You just can't stop eating it) Didn't like the texture of the starter (that pudding kinda feeling), but the chicken tasted nice and very soft. To the duck I would recommend more vegetables, the 2 cannelloni was way too much for me. Nicely cooked though, very much enjoyed it. Dessert, what can I say, you can't go wrong with chocolate! Overall very nice experience! Our waiter Richard was amazing. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, thank you for all the recommendations and explanations.

Menu is short and hard to chose something you like as food is mixed like 3 things that won't mix very well. Steak was overcooked and the lack of profesionalism of the staff for Hilton Hotel is unbelivable. They don't even know the menu and has like 10 things in it. Prety hard to talk to the waitress as she wouldn't understand english (maybe italian or spanish)

Was taken here for a birthday dinner by my best friends and really enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. Iām not usually a steak fan however I really enjoyed my meal, I do wish they were a bit more generous with the side fries but all in all lovely food š we had a deal for starter + main and also a bottle of wine which I think came to between 30-40Ā£ per person
