She is a very pleasant person which is important as his symptoms worsen if he feels stressed, so with her he is quite relaxed. She is also very efficient and takes time to check everything thoroughly. She helped us sort out a particularly nasty ingrowing toenail. Her visits are really cost-effective both financially and in terms of a pleasant experience for Don.
